Empowered Women’s Ministries is an active ministry of dedicated women of the Pentecostal Church of God. Women’s ministries exist to represent Jesus Christ throughout the earth. We are laborers together with God, EMPOWERED by the Holy Spirit to impact our families, our communities, our nation and our world.
We exist to encourage women in the truth of God’s Word and the pursuit of deeper relationship with Him. Therefore, it is important to us to provide Biblical based resources to help disciple and challenge women in their walk with God at every seasonal stage of life and leadership level.

By the power of the Holy Spirit, our mission is to evangelize, disciple, encourage, and equip women to live the Empowered life in Christ. We are here to encourage you and provide resources to help women in their walk with the Lord. Our hand is extended to both women in leadership and women who just desire to grow in their own spiritual life.

Meet Rev. Cece Folkner
Rev. Cece Folkner
Ce Ce Folkner is the District Women’s Director for the Pentecostal Church of God, Arizona District; she has served in this position since December of 2016. Ce Ce Folkner is married to Charles Folkner; they have been happily married for 50 years. They have 3 children: Shawna Avery, Michael Folkner, and David Folkner. She has one son-in-law Brian Avery, 2 Daughter in laws Tammy Folkner and Sarah Folkner. Charles and Ce Ce have 10 wonderful grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
Ce Ce Folkner has served as a minister in the Pentecostal Church of God for 50 years; Ce Ce is an Ordained Minister with the Pentecostal Church of God. She has served the body of Christ in many facets of ministry, in the local church and PCG district ministry. Ce Ce along with her husband has served in pastoral ministry and PCG district ministry for 47 years.
Ce Ce Folkner has taught nationally in the Pentecostal Church of God, teaching and training pastors and leaders, ministering in Local churches, conferences, and youth camps. She has hosted women’s retreats and women’s rallies, along with PCG Alabaster Services. She sits as an Executive Women’s Director on the PCG Women’s General Board.
Ce Ce has always had a passion to serve and has had a heart to raise up new Christians. In her home she started her own business as a Day Care Director for 20 plus years. During those years she influenced dozens of families that became Christians and God raised her up to influence an entire generation for Christ.
Her passion and desire is to be led by the Holy Spirit to see women’s ministry transform the churches body of believer’s to become spiritual warriors, and bring a revival back into the hearts of God’s people. She has the heart of a servant and is passionate about the Presence of God. Her leadership will change all of those who will hear what God has laid in her heart! She is an anointed woman of God, bringing a powerful word, to the women of the Pentecostal Church of God.
Her Vision is to be an Encourager that will bring growth in the kingdom of God.
